The BGCKL has required and optional forms and waivers for parents/ caregivers to complete prior to a participant beginning a program/ service. Please note: Forms and waivers marked "required" below must be printed, filled out, signed and brought to the first day of programming in order to participate. Hard copies of forms and waivers are available at the time of registration.
Required waivers are to be completed prior to program and then annually each April.

Annual Membership Rates are from April 1 to March 31 and prorated if purchased after April 1. All programs will be phased into the Club membership model in the next 2 years.

The Children's Activity Tax Credit is a new, permanent refundable tax credit for parents to help with the cost of enrolling their children in eligible extracurricular activities that encourage them to be healthy and active. Parents are to claim up to $500.00 of eligible expenses per child for each children under the age of 16.

The Ministry of Finance has established the Children's Fitness Tax Credit to support children's participation in all programs that significantly contribute to their fitness. The children's fitness tax credit will allow parents to claim a maximum of $500.00 per year for eligible fees paid for each child under 16 at any time during the year.
